Object Description


Groups: A, B, A (A = 21 x 5, B= 3 x 5) Each group of 5 consists of green, blue, tan. brown, white pendants always in the same order. The browns and the whites have each one secondary of the same color, and sometimes more secondaries and tertiaries of other color combinations (spoeckled and spiral)

Colors: browns, blue, green

Color combinations: monochrome, speckled, spiral, spliced

Strings: main, pendants, secondaries, tertiaries
Ply: all S
Diameter: main 2,8mm, pendants etc. 1,2-2,8mm
Verso (tying pendant to mainstring):

Knots:1/1 endknots (like a single knot), 1/2 endknots (a single knot securing the pendant tied with only part of the pendant as active), 8, long knots (S and Z), single knots (Z)

Main cord is broken at the start of the quipu, so it may be a fragment of a larger quipu.
